TOKYU REIT <8957> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on March 17th (17:00). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending January 2025 decreased 0.9% from the previous period to 4.7 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending July 2025, the profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.3% from the previous period to 4.69 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the distribution for the previous term from 3800 yen to 4002 yen (compared to 3800 yen in the prior term), and plans to set the distribution for the current term at 4000 yen.
