ORIX JREIT <8954> [TSE REIT] announced its financial results after the market closed on October 21st (15:30). The ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended August 2025 increased by 13.5% from the previous period to 12.5 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending February 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 11.9% to 14.0 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits.

At the same time, the company plans to set the distribution for the current term at 2380 yen.
