FinTech Global Incorporated <8789> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 6th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 expanded to 92.7% from the previous period to 2.46 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 21.9% to 3 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 3 yen, an increase of 1.5 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 82.9% from the same period last year, reaching 353 million yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 8.4% in the same period last year to 8.6%.
