Earnings ReportSIGMAXYZ Holdings Inc. <6088> [TSE-P] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 6th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) expanded to 3 billion yen, an increase of 43.8% compared to the same period last year.
In addition, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward by 6.6%, from the previous forecast of 5.3 billion yen to 5.65 billion yen (compared to 4.33 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 22.2% to 30.2%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for four consecutive terms.
Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to grow by 17.6% from the same period last year, reaching 2.64 billion yen.
At the same time, Due to a planned 1-to-2 stock split is scheduled for November 30, the year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year has been revised from the original plan of 34 yen to 19 yen (equivalent to 38 yen before the stock split) This effectively represents a 11.8% increase in the annual dividend.
In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased by 54.8% from the same period last year, reaching 1.55 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 16.8% in the same period last year to 23.1%.
