Fukui Bank, Ordinary Profit Forecast for the Fiscal Year Revised Upward to an Unexpected 21% Increase, Dividend Revised Upward by 17 Yen

Guidance Update ReportThe Fukui Bank, Ltd. <8362> [TSE Prime] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on October 31st (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised upward 28.0%, from the previous forecast of 8.20 billion yen to 10.5 billion yen (compared to 8.70 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 20.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 75.0%, from the previous forecast of 2.80 billion yen to 4.90 billion yen (compared to 6.27 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 55.4% to 21.9%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned annual dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 58 yen to 75 yen (compared to 58 yen in the previous period).
