TAKAKITA CO.,LTD. <6325> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on October 31st (13:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has decreased 35.1%, from the previous forecast of 388 million yen to 252 million yen (compared to 399 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 2.8% to 36.8%.

Furthermore, April to September (first half) ordinary profit forecast remains unchanged from the estimate of 40 million yen(compared to 310 million yen in the previous period).
