Denkyo Group Holdings Co., Ltd. <8144> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 7th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) increased 19.3% from the same period last year, reaching 384 million yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 540 million yen was 71.1%, also falling below the five-year average of 153.9%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to turn into a profit of 156 million yen (compared to a loss of 424 million yen in the same period last year).

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 84.0% from the same period last year, reaching 528 million yen. The operating profit margin improved from 1.6% in the same period last year to 2.6%.
