Earnings ReportMeiwa Corporation <8103> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on April 30th (13:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 1.8% from the previous period to 4.43 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 8.2% to 4.80 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in two years.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 38 yen to 42 yen (compared to 42 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 47 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 4.7% from the same period last year, reaching 1.06 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 2.1% in the same period last year to 2.0%.
