Earnings ReportHOYA CORPORATION <7741> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on April 30th (13:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 25.2% from the previous period to 253 billion yen. This marks the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth. Furthermore, the company did not disclose the performance outlook for the fiscal year ending March 2027.
At the same time, the company decided to implement a year-end dividend of 170 yen for the previous term, which had been previously undecided (making the annual dividend 295 yen), and has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income grew 5.2% from the same period last year, reaching 54.2 billion yen.
