Mitsubishi Corporation <8058> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on May 1st (14:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 15.8% from the previous period to 0.80 trillion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to expand to 37.4% to 1.10 trillion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 125 yen, an increase of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 56.1% from the same period last year, reaching 0.19 trillion yen.
