MITSUI & CO., LTD. <8031> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) at noon (12:00) on May 1st. The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 decreased by 7.4% from the previous period to 833 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to expand to 10.3% to 920 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 140 yen, an increase of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 222 billion yen, a 10.5% decrease compared to the same period last year.
