Earnings ReportMITSUI & CO., LTD. <8031> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) at noon (12:00) on May 1st. The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 15.4% from the previous period to 900 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending March 2026, the profit is expected to decrease by 14.5% from the previous period to 770 billion yen. This will be the third consecutive term of declining profits.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 115 yen, an increase of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 248 billion yen, a 26.4% decrease compared to the same period last year.
