LOOK HOLDINGS INCORPRATED <8029> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on August 1st (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has decreased 17.2%, from the previous forecast of 2.90 billion yen to 2.40 billion yen (compared to 2.88 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of a 16.7% decrease in profit.

At the same time, the January to June period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 20.0%, from the previous forecast of 1.25 billion yen to 1.00 billion yen (compared to 1.22 billion yen in the same period of the previous year). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of an 18.2% decrease in profit.
