SANKO SANGYO CO.,LTD. <7922> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to December) decreased 23.1% from the same period last year to 120 million yen. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 189 million yen was 63.5%, also falling below the five-year average of 128.3%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the January to March period (4Q) is expected to surge 2.0 times that of the same period last year, reaching 69 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 3.2 times that of the same period last year, reaching 109 million yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 2.4% in the same period last year to 1.3%.
