Earnings ReportRigaku Holdings Corporation <268A> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) in the afternoon session on February 14th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 24.9% from the previous period to 13.6 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 3.2% to 14 billion yen, marking the fourth consecutive term of record-high profits.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 2.6 yen to 3 yen (compared to no dividend before the 200-for-1 forward stock split in the previous term), and has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 18.8 yen, an increase of 15.8 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 36.9% from the same period last year, reaching 4.62 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 17.9% in the same period last year to 23.2%.
