NODA CORPORATION <7879> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on January 15th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the fiscal year ended November 2025 turned into a loss of 29 million yen (compared to a profit of 675 million yen in the previous period). For the fiscal year ending November 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit/loss is expected to recover in a V-shape to a profit of profit of 500 million yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 30 yen, a decrease of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from September to November (4Q), the consolidated ordinary loss improved to a deficit of 4 million yen (compared to a loss of 59 million yen in the same period last year). The operating profit/loss margin improved from -1.4% in the same period last year to -0.3%.
