GRAPHITE DESIGN INC. <7847> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on September 26th (15:40). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) forecast for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending February 2026 (March to August) has decreased 66.7%, from the previous forecast of 93 million yen to 31 million yen (compared to 290 million yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 67.9% to 89.3%.

Due to the deterioration of business performance in the first half of the year, the full-year forecast for ordinary profit has decreased 20.7%, from the previous forecast of 305 million yen to 242 million yen (compared to 558 million yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 45.3% to 56.6%.
