MTG Co.,Ltd. <7806> [TSE Growth] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the morning on May 7th (08:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2025 has been revised upward 32.9%, from the previous forecast of 7 billion yen to 9.3 billion yen (compared to 3.67 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 90.4% to 2.5 times. The company has further increased its previous forecast of record profits for the first time in seven years.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 15 yen to 18 yen (compared to 13 yen in the previous period).
