Guidance Update Report

Sincere Co., LTD. <7782> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on January 31st (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward 25.1%, from the previous forecast of 374 million yen to 468 million yen (compared to 446 million yen in the previous period), turning to a 4.9% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 48.5%, from the previous forecast of 194 million yen to 288 million yen (compared to 199 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 44.7% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.

In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 16 yen to 19 yen (compared to 14 yen in the previous period).
