IMV CORPORATION <7760> [TSE-S] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 7th (15:45). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending September 2024 increased by 17.7% from the previous period to 1.85 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 5.2% to 1.95 billion yen, marking the third consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the third consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 24 yen, an increase of 4 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 284 million yen, a 57.1% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 13.1% in the same period last year to 11.2%.
