Guidance Update ReportImpress Holdings, Inc. <9479> [TSE-S] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 7th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2025 (April to September) has been revised downward from an expected profit of 50 million yen to a loss of 243 million yen (compared to a loss of 333 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
Due to the deterioration of business performance in the first half of the year, the full-year consolidated ordinary profit has downwardly by 54.3%, from the previous forecast of 350 million yen to 160 million yen (compared to a loss of 366 million yen in the previous period).
