HIMARAYA Co.,Ltd. <7514> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit forecast for the fiscal year ending August 2025 has decreased 61.8%, from the previous forecast of 1.00 billion yen to 0.38 billion yen (compared to 0.43 billion yen in the previous period). This changes the outlook from an anticipated profit increase to a projection of an 11.6% decrease in profit.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the March to August period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit has decreased 73.2%, from the previous forecast of 0.84 billion yen to 0.22 billion yen (compared to 0.42 billion yen in the same period of the previous year).
