YAGAMI INC. <7488> [NSE Main] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 21st (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending April 2025 (May 2024 to January 2025) increased 8.1% from the same period last year, reaching 1.38 billion yen. However, the progress rate toward the full-year plan of 1.92 billion yen was 71.9%, almost the same as the five-year average of 72.0%.

Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the February to April period (4Q) is expected to decrease 10.9% from the same period last year to 0.54 billion yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from November to January (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 0.41 billion yen, a 11.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 17.5% in the same period last year to 15.8%.
