SAXA, The Current Fiscal Year Net Income Revised Upward to an Unexpected 14% Increase, Dividend Revised Upward by 30 yen

Guidance Update ReportSAXA, Inc. <6675> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on February 21st (15:30). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 45.5%, from the previous forecast of 2.2 billion yen to 3.2 billion yen (compared to 2.8 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a 14.3% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated net income is expected to increase 93.3%, from the previous forecast of 1.07 billion yen to 2.07 billion yen (compared to 1.28 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 61.7% increase in the consolidated net income outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the current fiscal year from the original plan of 135 yen to 165 yen (compared to 135 yen in the previous period).
