Earnings ReportSPK CORPORATION <7466> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (15:05). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 6.3% from the previous period to 3.56 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight increase of 0.9% to 3.6 billion yen, marking the twelfth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the sixteenth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 68 yen, an increase of 8 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit surged 2.0 times that of the same period last year, reaching 1.01 billion yen. The operating profit margin improved from 3.1% in the same period last year to 5.2%.
