SAFTEC CO.,LTD. <7464> [TSE Std] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 9th (15:10). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 dropped 34.6% from the previous period to 358 million yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to recover in a V-shape, increasing by 7.0% to 383 million yen. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 60 yen, a decrease of 25 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit significantly dropped to 59 million yen, a 51.2% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 5.1% in the same period last year to 2.5%.
