Earnings ReportMitsubishi Shokuhin Co., Ltd. <7451> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 8th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 6.1% from the previous period to 33.3 billion yen. This marks the third consecutive term of revenue and the fifth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, In conjunction with a Tender Offer Bid (TOB), the company has decided to forgo the dividend for the current fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit increased 30.3% from the same period last year, reaching 7.5 billion yen. The operating profit margin remained almost flat, changing from 1.1% in the same period last year to 1.4%.
