Earnings ReportMeiho Holdings,Inc. <7369> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on May 14th (13:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the cumulative third quarter of the fiscal year ending June 2025 (July 2024 to March 2025) expanded 611 million yen, an increase 65.1% compared to the same period last year. The progress rate toward the full-year plan of 600 million yen is 101.8%.
Based on the cumulative third-quarter performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary loss for the April to June period (4Q) is expected to further decrease loss of 11 million yen (compared to a loss of 281 million yen in the same period last year). However, if the fourth-quarter performance remains at the same level as the first three quarters, the full-year plan may be increased.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (3Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 13.5% from the same period last year, reaching 529 million yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 13.5% in the same period last year to 13.5%.
