Earnings ReportOkinawa Financial Group,Inc. <7350> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (12:00) on May 9th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 18.7% from the previous period to 10.4 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 24.0% to 13 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of revenue and the fifth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 90 yen to 105 yen (compared to 80 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 120 yen, an increase of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 22.7% from the same period last year, reaching 2.48 billion yen.
