ROUND ONE, Net Income to Reach 18 Billion Yen for The Current Fiscal Year, Dividend Raised by 2 yen

Earnings ReportROUND ONE Corporation <4680> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results at noon (11:30) on May 9th. The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 2.3% from the previous period to 16 billion yen. With the transition to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated net income is expected to grow by 18.4 billion yen.
At the same time, Final dividend of 4 yen for the previous fiscal year (Annual dividend is 16 yen), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 18 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income decreased to 4.82 billion yen, a 21.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 23.7% in the same period last year to 21.7%.
Note: As accounting standards will be transitioning from Japan GAAP to IFRS from the fiscal year ending March 2026, comparisons with the previous period are not shown.
