Earnings ReportKYOSHA CO.,LTD. <6837> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 20th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 increased 8.9% from the previous period to 0.99 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 21.0% to 1.2 billion yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue and the sixth consecutive term of profit growth.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 14 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 0.19 billion yen, a 36.6% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin improved from 2.7% in the same period last year to 4.0%.
