Guidance Update ReportMCJ Co., Ltd. <6670> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend at noon (12:00) on May 9th. The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 11.1%, from the previous forecast of 18 billion yen to 20 billion yen (compared to 17 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 5.3% to 17.0%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for two consecutive terms.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit is expected to increase 25.7%, from the previous forecast of 7.77 billion yen to 9.77 billion yen (compared to 8.55 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a 14.2% increase in the consolidated ordinary profit outlook.
In light of the strong performance, the company has increased its planned year-end lump-sum dividend for the last fiscal year from the original plan of 40 yen to 43 yen (compared to 57 yen in the previous period).
