SANYO DENKI CO.,LTD. <6516> [TSE-P] announced a performance revision after the market closed on October 30th (15:00). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has downwardly by 42.0%, from the previous forecast of 8.1 billion yen to 4.7 billion yen (compared to 10.4 billion yen in the previous period), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 22.7% to 55.1%.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated net income has downwardly by 48.4%, from the previous forecast of 3.1 billion yen to 1.6 billion yen (compared to 5.79 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), leading to an increase in the profit decline rate from 46.5% to 72.4%.
