NFK HOLDINGS CO.,LTD. <6494> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary loss for the cumulative second quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2026 (April to September) expanded to a loss of 31 million yen (compared to a loss of 16 million yen in the same period last year).

Based on the first-half performance announced by the company and the unchanged full-year plan, our calculation indicates that the consolidated ordinary profit for the October to March period (second half) is expected to decrease 10.7% from the same period last year to 151 million yen.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (2Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 26 million yen, a 13.3% decrease compared to the same period last year. However, the operating profit margin drastically improved from 6.4% in the same period last year to 15.6%.
