OSAKA YUKA INDUSTRY LTD. <4124> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on November 14th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended September 2025 surged by 7.3 times that of the previous term, reaching 138 million yen. For the fiscal year ending September 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 1.4% to 140 million yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 35 yen to 36 yen (compared to 35 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 37 yen, an increase of 1 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from July to September (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit/loss turned to a loss of 26 million yen (compared to a profit of 39 million yen in the same period last year).
