TADANO LTD. <6395> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (15:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 increased 28.8% from the previous period to 21 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to decrease by 5.1% from the previous period to 20 billion yen.

At the same time, the company has decided to significantly increase the dividend this fiscal year to 36 yen, an increase of 13 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 3.94 billion yen, a 15.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin worsened from 6.8% in the same period last year to 5.5%.
