Earnings ReportDAIWA INDUSTRIES LTD. <6459> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results in the afternoon session on February 14th (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 0.4% from the previous period to 7.95 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 1.9% to 8.11 billion yenExpected to reach record high profits for the first time in eighteen years. This will be the third consecutive term of revenue growth.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 30 yen to 50 yen (compared to 30 yen in the prior term), and has decided to continue with a dividend of 50 yen for the current term as well.
In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the ordinary profit grew 26.6% from the same period last year, reaching 1.7 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 13.1% in the same period last year to 14.5%.
