The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ended June 2025 decreased by 29.6% from the previous period to 599 million yen, although it exceeded the initial forecast of 490 million yen. For the fiscal year ending June 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to grow by 8.5% to 650 million yen.
At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 10 yen to 12 yen (compared to 10 yen in the prior term), and has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 14 yen, an increase of 2 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from April to June (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit dropped to 179 million yen, a 48.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin sharply declined from 19.6% in the same period last year to 7.1%.
