Guidance Update Report

J.E.T.Co.,LTD. <6228> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend after the market closed on July 31st (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.69 billion yen to a loss of 1.91 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.66 billion yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

At the same time, the January to June period (first half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 0.13 billion yen to a loss of 1.72 billion yen (compared to a profit of 0.52 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.

Due to a decline in performance, the plan to pay a year-end lump-sum dividend of 7 yen has been abandoned, and the policy has been set to forego dividends for the first time in five terms, falling to a no-dividend status (compared to 6 yen in the prior term).
