YAMAZAKI CO., LTD. <6147> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision after the market closed on November 4th (16:00). The consolidated operating profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending March 2026 has been revised downward from an expected profit of 65 million yen to a loss of 2 million yen (compared to a profit of 77 million yen in the previous period), turning to a loss outlook.

At the same time, the April to September period (first half) consolidated operating profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 1 million yen to a loss of 90 million yen (compared to a profit of 56 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
