Guidance Update Report

Livesense Inc. <6054> [TSE Std] announced a performance revision in the afternoon session on November 21st (14:00). The consolidated ordinary profit/loss forecast for the fiscal year ending December 2025 has been revised downward from an expected loss of 100 million yen to a loss of 320 million yen (compared to a profit of 260 million yen in the previous period), indicating an expansion in the loss margin.

Based on the downwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (second half) consolidated ordinary profit/loss has been revised downward from an expected profit of 35 million yen to a loss of 185 million yen (compared to a loss of 38 million yen in the same period of the previous year), turning to a loss outlook.
