RAKUMACHI,INC. <6037> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 12th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended July 2025 expanded to 48.1% from the previous period to 1.74 billion yen. For the fiscal year ending July 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 14.4% to 2.00 billion yen, marking the fifth consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the sixth consecutive term of revenue and the fifth consecutive term of profit growth.

At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 13 yen, an increase of 3 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (4Q), the ordinary profit increased 53.6% from the same period last year, reaching 0.46 billion yen. The operating profit margin jumped from 34.4% in the same period last year to 51.5%.
