Global Style Co.,Ltd. <7126> [TSE Std] announced its financial results after the market closed on September 12th (15:30). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ended July 2025 increased by 25.2% from the previous period to 821 million yen. For the fiscal year ending July 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to grow by 5.5% to 866 million yen, marking the second consecutive term of record-high profits. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

At the same time, the company has left the annual dividend for the current term undetermined.

In the most recent three-month period, from May to July (4Q), the ordinary profit significantly dropped to 72 million yen, a 61.9% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin drastically worsened from 6.9% in the same period last year to 3.0%.
