Guidance Update ReportAkasaka Diesels Ltd. <6022> [TSE Std] announced a revision to its performance and dividend in the afternoon session on May 2nd (15:00). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 has been revised upward 10.0%, from the previous forecast of 50 million yen to 55 million yen (compared to 31 million yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 61.3% to 77.4%.
Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the October to March period (2H) ordinary profit has been revised upward 35.7%, from the previous forecast of 14 million yen to 19 million yen (compared to 93 million yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 84.9% to 79.6%.
In light of the strong performance, the company has decided to implement a year-end lump-sum dividend of 30 yen for the last fiscal year, which was previously undecided (compared to 30 yen in the prior term).
