NAKANISHI MFG.CO.,LTD. <5941> [TSE Std] announced its financial results at noon (12:30) on May 9th. The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 33.7% from the previous period to 2.78 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 24.7% from the previous period to 2.1 billion yen.

At the same time, the company increased the annual dividend for the previous term from 66 yen to 87 yen (compared to 73 yen in the prior term), and has decided to reduce the dividend this fiscal year to 72 yen, a decrease of 15 yen from the previous fiscal year.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit grew 12.9% from the same period last year, reaching 1.5 billion yen. The operating profit margin rose from 11.0% in the same period last year to 11.3%.
