Earnings ReportNiterra Co.,Ltd. <5334> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results (based on IFRS) after the market closed on April 30th (15:40). The consolidated net income for the fiscal year ended March 2026 increased by 21.9% from the previous period to 112 billion yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2027, the consolidated net income is expected to decrease by 7.0% from the previous period to 105 billion yen.
At the same time, the company has decided to increase the dividend this fiscal year to 210 yen, an increase of 5 yen from the previous fiscal year.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated net income increased 61.4% from the same period last year, reaching 29.3 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin decreased from 15.7% in the same period last year to 13.3%.
