Nippon Carbon Co. , Ltd. <5302> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 decreased 5.9% from the previous period to 6.69 billion yen. In the fiscal year ending December 2025, the profit is expected to grow by 1.6% to 6.8 billion yen. This will be the fifth consecutive term of revenue growth.

In the most recent three-month period, from October to December (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit decreased to 1.82 billion yen, a 27.4% decrease compared to the same period last year. The operating profit margin decreased from 20.6% in the same period last year to 15.0%.
