TAZMO CO.,LTD <6266> [TSE Prime] announced a performance revision after the market closed on February 10th (15:30). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending December 2024 has been revised upward 33.3%, from the previous forecast of 4.5 billion yen to 5.99 billion yen (compared to 3.89 billion yen in the previous period), increasing the growth rate from 15.7% to 54.2%, further surpassing the previous forecast of record-high profits for four consecutive terms.

Based on the upwardly revised full-year plan announced by the company, our calculation indicates that the July to December period (2H) consolidated ordinary profit has been revised upward 98.6%, from the previous forecast of 1.51 billion yen to 3.01 billion yen (compared to 3.18 billion yen in the same period of the previous year), and the declining rate is expected to decrease from 52.3% to 5.2%.
