Earnings ReportRebase,Inc. <5138> [TSE Growth] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 14th (15:31). The ordinary profit (non-consolidated) for the fiscal year ending March 2025 expanded 46.1% from the previous period to 491 million yen. However, for the fiscal year ending March 2026, the ordinary profit is nearly flat with a slight decrease of 0.2% from the previous period to 490 million yen.
At the same time, the company plans to remove the commemorative dividend of the previous term and set the dividend for this term at an ordinary dividend of no dividend.
In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the ordinary profit increased 40.0% from the same period last year, reaching 112 million yen. The operating profit margin rose from 19.5% in the same period last year to 21.6%.
