COSMO ENERGY HOLDINGS COMPANY,LIMITED <5021> [TSE Prime] announced its financial results after the market closed on May 13th (16:00). The consolidated ordinary profit for the fiscal year ending March 2025 decreased 6.7% from the previous period to 150 billion yen, falling below the forecast of 165 billion yen, a complete reversal from the forecasted increase in profit. For the fiscal year ending March 2026, the consolidated ordinary profit is expected to decrease by 19.7% from the previous period to 121 billion yen. This will be the fourth consecutive term of declining profits.

In the most recent three-month period, from January to March (4Q), the consolidated ordinary profit grew 10.9% from the same period last year, reaching 53.2 billion yen. However, the operating profit margin worsened from 6.6% in the same period last year to 5.3%.
